On-the-job training
Our colleagues will be able to strengthen their knowledge and skills, and fully understand the culture and value system of the company through the strategy “learning by doing” at work.  This includes lectures, conferences, work instruction, external training assignments, job rotation, and project involvement.

External training courses
In order to enrich the talent pool of the company and create a comprehensive development program, we use external training courses and conferences wisely to continuously advance the professional abilities of our colleagues and to increase the depth of their technical skills.

Self-learning
We encourage our colleagues to expand beyond their present expertise with interdisciplinary learning and/or study or foreign languages such as English in line with their career planning. We also provide scholarships, magazines, technology-related professional books and reference books.
